Thousands of men enter daily inside the bowels of the Cerro Rico, one of the oldest silver mines in Bolivia. The first Indian and African slaves called it “The men eater”. Going further in the insides of this devil mine every day, the men leave behind their daily majestic landscape of the Andes to the confinement and darkness of the mine, where everything constantly reminds them about the presence of death.
