This is EURODOC

EURODOC is a training organization (Qaliopi-certified) and an international network.

When EURODOC was launched in 1999, no training lab existed specifically for documentary producers. The founders (Jacques Bidou and Anne-Marie Luccioni) wished to foster a new way to produce and co-produce ambitious creative documentaries across European borders: a deep engagement, international scope, and groundbreaking cinematic research were their battle cry. Documentary is the force that never stops pushing cinema’s boundaries, and our societies need the widest diversity of documentaries to deeply reflect on themselves, these are the mottos of our programs.

Soon after its creation, EURODOC started being supported by the decisive scheme of MEDIA Creative Europe. We also soon opened certain sessions to non-Europeans and to this day has trained about 1600 fearless producers, producers-directors, and some commissioning editors, from more than 70 countries. While our office is based in Paris, we have so far operated in 30 different countries, in partnership with 67 different local, regional or national film funds.

We provide professional development workshops for producers by producers, which combine training, mentorship, community and industry access (in order to empower and elevate participants in their careers).
