Produire en Région
Since 2013, the Program PRODUIRE EN REGION has been supporting producers located in different French regions in order to:
- enhance their skills;
- give them access to new funding possibilities (coproduction, pre-buying and subsidies);
- consolidate production company activities by helping companies gain access to markets in France and aboard.
The program has considerably contributed to structuring the sector in the French regions: regular investments in the production of creative documentaries has been done by the regional channels of France Televisions (France 3); professional associations have been established in practically all the French regions; new support mechanisms have been set up by the regions, namely within the framework of the CNC policy.

TRAINING IN NEW DOCUMENTARY WRITINGS
reserved exclusively for authors, directors, producers, program managers of channels or platforms based in Centre-Val de Loire, Bretagne and Pays de la Loire Regions.
This training is part of the interregional cooperation label “2 temps 3 mouvements” developed by Ciclic Centre-Val de Loire, since March 2019, in close partnership with La Platforme, the audiovisual cinema center of Pays de la Loire and Films en Bretagne.
Ciclic Centre-Val de Loire joined forces with EURODOC to think up, concoct and organize this training thought as a first step and an awareness that will give both the keys and the taste to develop these innovative writings for documentaries, in particular with regional and local broadcasters. The format is designed around four days to be shared between plenary sessions, meetings with presenters and institutions, case study and of course group work with a common thread: the design of a digital program.
Led by 3 tutors throughout the training, you will also attend conferences and the presentation of practical cases to enrich your approach to writing, production and digital distribution.
The training initially scheduled in Tours from December 14 to 17, 2020 has been postponed from June 28 to July 1, 2021. The applications sent remain valid for these next dates. A new call for applications is now open until April 25 2021.
